Lasagne with Homemade Noodles

I used a generic egg noodle recipe and put the uncooked sheets into the lasagne layers. It was a patch up job, but the end product was so good. The lasagne was easy to cut with a fork and it didn't slide over on your plate as the layers usually separate with store bought noodles.

This was a no meat sauce with swiss chard that every one loved.

Wow! I've been wanting to make homemade raviolis ever since you posted that Jerry did. That lasagna looks so good! It's hard for me to get my lasagna to be soft. The top usually ends up too dry and the pasta is crusty. Yours looks amazing! I need to try making my own pasta!
